5 from 5 Good, cheap, but shallow

The trays have good quality, serve their function very well. and the pricing is excellent. The placement of the recesses is optimized to the point that the whole tray is exactly as wide and deep as that many square bases in that arrangement would be, with maybe as little as a couple mm of extra width.
However, it is worth mentioning that they are very thin and the recesses are only about 1,5mm deep; this means that models on the common thicker bases (like the pretty common 3mm) wont fit in all that securely and its comparatively easy for them to slip out of position or even fall off when you pick the base up. This may be worth considering for people who, like me, use the trays for storage, or to carry the unit from the shelf to the table.
