Description

The triqueta, the knot of three, symbolises the connection of three things. In the family game of the same name, this is symbolised by wooden animal pieces that have to be placed together to form trios. The decisive factor here is that only one triqueta may exist for each of the six animal species. However, if the balance is disturbed by other pieces of the same animal species, the players receive minus points.


In each of the four rounds, players can decide whether to draw or reveal new animal tiles or take a row of animals already on display and leave the round. The aim is to find the right moment to grab the most lucrative row before one of the other players snatches it away. Whoever manages to lay as many triquetas as possible with the right timing and has no surplus animals will win the game.
