Avalon Hill's strategy game Risk Shadow Forces pits modern factions against each other based on military blocs inside and outside the grid, the establishment and the underground. Players choose a warlord and play through a 15-game campaign in which tension and intrigue build to a dramatic finale. The game includes 5 miniature figures and game maps for the world map and battle games. Also included in this Legacy board game are 4 sealed envelopes and a sealed container that are opened during play as players determine how their world unfolds.
