Do you speak plain text? The family edition from KLARTEXT is the party game with guaranteed laughter for young and old. Children and adults each form a team and try to correctly guess as many sentences as possible. That sounds easier than it is, because the "mouth locks" make it impossible to close your mouth completely. And so it happens that the read sentences come out of the mouth completely different than intended. Who can still make sense of it?
Long-lasting fun is guaranteed with the 200 cards printed on both sides. For 4 to 10 players, ages 8+. Warning, the clock is ticking! After the teams have been formed, the first player in a team uses their mouthpiece - the 'mouth block'. There are matching mouthpieces for children and adults. The hourglass is turned over and time is running! The mouth lock player reads the top card from the deck aloud. Of course, he tries to speak as clearly as possible. Good luck! Because he will probably not succeed. Or does he manage to bring out sentences like "In the swamp is a smurf", "A bumblebee wants to hype" or "Crumb monster munch junk" so that not all players are lying on the floor with laughter?
Because the members of their own team have to guess what their mouth ratchet player is saying. It's not as easy as it sounds, even if the mouthguard player is allowed to talk with his hands. If a sentence is recognized correctly, the team wins the card. This continues until the hourglass has run out. Then it is the other team's turn. It is allowed to skip a sentence. Then the opposing team receives the card. The game ends after each player has had two turns. The team with the most cards wins.
For 4-10 players, ages 8+.
