First Rat (DE|EN)

For generations, the rats in the old junkyard have been telling each other the legend of the Cheese Moon. Now the plan is set: they will build a rocket and take possession of the Cheese Moon! Although the rats have to work together, the rivalry between the rat families is unbroken: For the family that builds the most rocket parts and trains the bravest rattonauts will also get the biggest share of the lunar cheese feast.

First Rat is a connoisseur game for up to five people that can also be played solo. Numerous strategies, special abilities and a variable structure make every game exciting anew. In each turn, the players must decide whether they prefer to move one rat up to five squares or instead let several rats move up to three squares - but the rats may only finish their movement on squares of the same color. And if there are already rats of the competition standing there, it also costs one cheese per foreign rat! On the way, the players collect resources, acquire (or steal) useful items, build parts of the rocket or train rattonauts to get as many victory points as possible.
