In the game, you have the power to make trees, beets, crops, rocks, weeds and crystals grow and flourish on the islands of the board. By rolling the dice, you'll receive new resources each turn. You can use these to build up harvest areas by placing them in the correct order on the fields of the islands. You can also use the resources to construct buildings or trade them on the market. The weather tableau determines on which fields you can place your bets in the current round, or whether a storm will clear parts of the playing field.
If an island is dominated by your buildings, you alone are entitled to the yields from the harvest areas and the valuable crystals, which count as victory points at the end. The game is won by the player who influences the weather most cleverly and can use the diced resources most wisely.
