The set fits exactly into the original board game box of the "HeroQuest (2021)" basic game by Hasbro.

It offers space for all miniatures, terrain pieces and the complete game accessories of the "HeroQuest (2021)" basic game and the two expansions "The Bastion Kellars Keep" and "The Return of the Witch Lord".

A token holder made of robust plastic offers space for small game material.

All cards fit even with protective covers.

Larger game components - book of rules, screen, game board, book of challenges and oversized cardboard pieces - are placed on the foam cover.

The cardboard insert supplied is no longer needed as the foam inserts hold the contents of the box in place.

The foam inserts have the dimensions:

• HBMFFQ040BO / HB040A001: 394 mm x 294 mm x 40 mm total height (30 mm use height + 10 mm foam bottom).
• HBMFFR045BO: 394 mm x 294 mm x 45 mm total height (35 mm use height + 10 mm foam bottom)

Three foam inserts ensure that all your miniatures and terrain parts are well protected. You distribute the models, doors and furniture of the basic game on two inserts, while the miniatures and terrain parts of the expansions share one insert.

No matter whether it's a stubborn dwarf, a stone sarcophagus or a fearsome gargoyle, all hero and enemy models, as well as all terrain pieces, get their own tailor-made compartment. Decorative elements such as rats or skulls can be stored directly with the corresponding terrain pieces or separately in one of the free compartments.

The precisely fitting cut helps you to sort the figures and ensures that each miniature sits firmly in its compartment. Even when transporting them through the darkness below Kellar's Bastion Keep, nothing will slip. Sensitive parts such as swords, scythes or wings are optimally protected from damage. When you have painted your models, you can be sure that the colours will still be intact after transport.

Additional compartments in the inserts and a plastic token holder are available for your game material.

You can store your dice in three compartments next to the characters. Small game material such as tiles can be stored in the free compartments and in the plastic token holder.

The token holder can be stored in the high compartment. It fits easily into the large compartment with its finger-thick recess. You can store your playing cards in the two compartments next to it. Of course, the cards also fit into the insert with a protective cover. Place the block of personality passes on the token holder.

Small pieces of game material from the expansions can be sorted into the remaining compartments, and the cards can be packed with the cards from the basic game.
